About the Project
Rainier Beach High School will be replaced with a new multi-story high school of approximately 233,700 square feet. When completed, it will provide permanent space for 1,600 students grades 9-12. Students will remain on-site during the phased construction. BEX V funding will also provide technology equipment and services, such as computers, peripherals, printers, and other technology for teaching and learning.
Subcontractor Outreach
We are also committed to building our company and project approach to M/W/DBE participation with direct input from M/W/DBE businesses. We are requesting input on scopes and size of work directly form the M/W/DBE businesses to better inform the project bid packages and maximize M/W/DBE participation. A critical part of this process is also identification and removal of barriers that exist and limit participation.
The M/W/DBE information form for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors can be downloaded through the link on this page and submitted to subinclusion@lydig.com.
Please note that this form is not a screening or pre-qualification of any type and is focused on ‘right sizing’ work packages and barrier removal to maximize M/W/DBE participation in the construction process.
